Club Events

Wednesday night.

The club meets on a Wednesday night at 7:45 in the foyer of the sports hall behind Seevic College on the A13 road at Thundersley between Basildon & Southend.

Sunday morning.

A run from the same place as above with varying distances at a slow pace so all can keep up. Start time 9:00 a.m. Not run when club has arranged other events like open events, cross country, orienteering etc.

Wednesday night. first Wednesday of month.

5k club race, run along Southend seafront from below Chalkwell station. Start approximately 8:00 p.m. very flat with about 30-35 runners.

Open events
Arranged on a Wednesday night before the run for following weeks. There is a 10k series throughout summer and a Cross Country series in the winter.
